How do I add a new document menu?

Please follow the steps below to create a new left side menu under Documents tab:

 1. Once inside a project Click on Admin>Administer project

  • Click on link Left Side Menus & User Permissions.
  • Click link Add New Menu
  • Enter the menu name (example: Drawings), Pick up Tab from drop-down list (example: Design)
  • Mark the check boxes for (View/ Download/ Upload/ Manage/ Delete) for each role. (click on yellow light bulb icon to know what each role right means). 
  • Click Save

2. To access the menu, click Documents tab and then the Group>left side menu. In order to upload any files, you would need to add a folder underneath it. To do so.

  • Click on left side menu Litigation.
  • Select option Create New Subfolder from Actions dropdown, enter folder name and click Save.
  • Click on yellow upload icon to select & upload new files to your folder.
