Users with "Reports" access are able to view & schedule Pre-Built Reports and Ad Hoc Reports, and can create their own Ad Hoc reports. Report users will see the My Reports tab when they login to Projectmates, under "Program Management". Steps to grant this access to a user are outlined below.
Verify your Report User license availability:
- Click the red slider icon on the right-hand side of the page to open Site Admin Settings.
Helpful Hint: If you don't see the red slider icon, then you do not have access to make this change. Please check with your Site Admin to get the changes made that you need.
- Under" "Module Info", click Site License
- Confirm the number of Report Users that are assigned vs. contracted (ex. 4 of 10). If all report user licenses have been assigned, you can either:
- Remove access from someone else to assign this access to a new person, or
- Reach out to your assigned Client Relationship Manager, directly, to purchase additional report user licenses.
Helpful Hint: If you don't know who your Client Relationship Manager is, you can send an email to [email protected] for assistance.
- If additional licenses are available, proceed to the next section to grant Reports access to a user.
Grant Reports access to a user:
- Click the red slider icon on the right-hand side of the page to open Site Admin Settings.

- Under "Users / Contacts / Companies", click Manage Users
- Scroll to, or search for, the applicable user.
- Select the checkbox in the Reports column to assign reporting access.
- In case the user was already logged in when you updated their access, make sure that they refresh the page, or log out and back in, to see the My Reports area display on the left-hand menu under "Program Management".
