Projectmates Corner is a site-wide tool that can be updated with resources to be shared across all projects. this is a widget available on the Project Dashboard, and the contents are managed by Site Admin users.
Manage content in Projectmates Corner:
- Open an active project.
- On the Project Dashboard, add the "Projectmates Corner" widget to your dashboard.
- Click the 3-dot icon and select Update Projectmates Corner.
Helpful Hint: This option is only available to Site Admin users. If you do not see this option listed, you will need to work with a Site Admin to make these updates.
- In the Edit Projectmates Corner screen, you have the option to add a website URL, Paragraph of text, or File attachment. Select the applicable resource type that you wish to add.
- Enter the information for your resource (ex. URL Shortcut "Name" and "URL" address, File "Name" and attachment, or Paragraph text).
- Click Save to update Projectmates corner.
- Repeat Steps 4-6 to add more resources as needed.
- Click Close once finished.
