Site Admin users have up to 80 custom fields to use for Project Info. The custom fields are segmented between 4 tabs, and typically are built out one tab at a time, as needed by your organization.
Helpful Hint: Project Info fields are managed site-wide. Be mindful about making updates to these fields after the initial implementation, as they impact all existing, and future, projects.
To update a Project Info field:
- Click the red slider icon on the right-hand side of the page to open Site Admin Settings.
Helpful Hint: If you don't see the red slider icon, then you do not have access to make this change. Please check with your Site Admin to get the changes made that you need.
- Under" "Custom Content", click Site Localization
- Click the Project Info tab
- Under Project Custom Fields, scroll to find the field you wish to update (ex. CustomField1).
- On the left-hand side of the field name, hover to display the Edit icon.
- Enter the name you wish to use in the Label field.
- Choose a Field Type.
Helpful Hint: Project Info fields can be configured into 10 different field types. These types have been outlined in the section below for further detail.
- Click Save.
- Repeat Steps 4-8 to update additional fields as needed.

- Dropdown (drop-down menu with single-select)
- Checkbox (drop-down menu with multi-select)
- Radio Buttons (visible display options with single-select)
- Text Box (alpha-numeric entry with 200 character limit)
- Text Area (large text box space; alpha-numeric entry with 200 character limit)
- Text Box - Calendar (date-selection)
- Text Box - Currency (numeric entry with currency format)
- Text Box - Decimals (numeric entry with decimals allowed)
- Text Box - Numbers (numeric entry only)
- Text Box - Read Only (field entry accessible only by Site Admin)
