Architects, owners and owner' representatives create and distribute field reports to record construction progress and conditions during project execution. This report can contain narrative descriptions of work in progress, estimated schedule progress, personnel present at the job site, general observations, and more. these reports can also include digital photos, sketches or other attachments.
In Projectmates, the field report can be entered using the web version or mobile app. The Projectmates mobile app is ideal for this, as users can save time by completing the field report and attach live photos from the site. The Projectmates native mobile app is supported on both IOS and Android devices.
To view a Field Report:
- Open the project by clicking its name from the MY Projects screen.
- From the Construction Management>Field Report, click the Field Report left side menu to expand it.
- Click the All Items link in the left-side menu.
