How do I get live technical support for Projectmates?

Step 1: Contact your client's administrator.

To find the contact information for your designated administrator:

  1. Click the Support Contact link on your client's Projectmates portal page. The portal page is the web page where you log in to Projectmates.
  2. If you cannot find the Support Contact link, you can simply scroll to the bottom of the page.

Helpful Hint: Your client's administrator can answer questions regarding access rights and permissions (not seeing something you expect to see), procedures (how do I …), and more! End users are expected to reach out to their client's administrator for help with their client's Projectmates site for all support needs.

Step 2: Contact the creators of Projectmates.

If you are the administrator or if you cannot find the contact information for your client's administrator, you can reach the Projectmates Support Team during our regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Central.
