How do I reset my password?

If you have forgotten your password and need a little help, its super simple to reset it.

Step 1: Get the link to reset your password.

1. From the Projectmates login page, click the Forgot your password link.
2. Enter your Username.
3. Click the Email me button. A link to reset your password will be emailed to you.

Step 2: Reset your password.

1. In the email, click the link to reset your password. The Password Reset screen will load in your browser.
2. Enter the New Password.
3. Enter the same password in the Confirm Password field.
4. Click the Save Password button.

Helpful Hint: Projectmates password requires at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number and one special character
