How do I link a capital project to an active project?

Linking a Capital Project to an Active project on the My Projects can easily be accomplished from the Capital Projects page.  

Note: You must have Admin rights to the Capital Planning module in order to complete the steps outlined in this article.

1. Navigate to the Capital Planning module located under Program Management
2. Select Capital Projects from the left side menu that appears
3. Locate the Capital Project that you need to link
4. Click on the 3 dot icon that appears in the first column
5. Choose the option for Link to Project
6. Start typing the project name that you want to link
7. Click Save

Helpful Hint: Only one active project may be linked to a given Capital Project at a time. If an active project is already linked to a Capital Project, following the steps above will override the active project.  However, an active project may be linked to more than one Capital Project.
