Implementation Overview
Our time-tested implementation process ensures your team is set up for project management success and includes capturing current state, best practice, and future state for each identified key business group. Our implementation team listens to your needs and prioritizes solving the issues you are currently facing.Unlike other systems that can require many months to years to implement, Projectmates is typically deployed within 2-4 months from kickoff. This allows you to see a much faster return on your investment.
What happens once I purchase?
Once you have purchased Projectmates, your sales representative will schedule a kickoff call between your team and your implementation team. Your Projectmates implementation team will take the hand off of the project and begin assisting you with the onboarding process.
Major milestones of the Projectmates Implementation
- Live: Your private cloud and personalized portal are up and running in just a day or two after signing. You can log in as soon as your login credentials hit your inbox. Your team can explore industry-oriented sandbox projects and familiarize yourselves with the software before jumping in to work on something more real.
- Personalize: Based on the detailed analysis of your processes, your implementation team works with you to determine functionality and features to configure to ensure your goals and objectives will be attained. Once the initial setup is complete, your team will schedule a workshop for user testing. We'll run through the platform from start to finish and make refinements where necessary before the complete rollout.
- Refine: Once our implementation experts have configured Projectmates to your needs, it’s time to fine-tune the experience. You’ll run through your construction workflows from start to finish and make sure the application is performing exactly as you would expect. Any changes that need to be made are quickly configured and at this point, your personalized Projectmates platform is ready to handle any project in your construction program — large or small.
- Train: We’ll train your core project team on how to best use each feature of the software. Projectmates training is uniquely designed for each client and is a fully immersive experience. Additional training sessions can be scheduled to make sure everyone is comfortable and proficient in using the platform. Your project manager is also available to help work through any unique workflows you run into as you first start using the system.
Post-Implementation
As you become a Projectmates super user, you may discover new workflows that increase your construction program’s efficiency. And while Projectmates is known for its ease of use, you may also find that some team members aren’t grasping the technology as quickly as others. In either case, the support team is readily available to help with any questions that come up.
