The Projectmates | Procore connector is only designed to import items that have a Status of Open in Procore. This ensures that the relevant items go through the owner's designated workflow in Projectmates. If your submittal is not displaying in the list of available options, check the item status in Procore.
My submittal attachments are not importing into Projectmates with my submittal.
The Projectmates | Procore connector is designed to align key details across the two systems. When looking at attachments, the Procore attachments must be uploaded under the General Information Attachments section in order to be successfully loaded into Projectmates with the other submittal details.
