Unable to Select Photos from Apple iOS to Upload into Projectmates Mobile App

After updating to iOS 14 (September 2020), a popup will appear requesting access to your photos. This is a Privacy enhancement implemented by Apple intended to allow users more control over the types of data apps can access. In order to be able to upload photos into Projectmates, you will need to select “Allow Access to All Photos”.

If this option is not initially selected, photos selected to import may not show up in the Projectmates app.

To verify your settings are correct, navigate to Settings>Privacy>Photos and scroll down to the Projectmates app. Make sure the Projectmates app is set to allow access to “All Photos”.
