Managing change orders is important to every project. Projectmates tracks change orders in contract management and they are also reflected in your budget automatically.
Before the approval has begun:
Prior to starting the approval process for a change order that is linked to the budget, the values will not reflect in the budget.
After the approval is started:
Once the approval has been started for a change order that is linked to the budget, the value will be reflected in the budget in column L, typically labeled "Pending CO".
After the change order is fully approved:
Once the change order that is linked to the budget has been fully approved, the value will be reflected in the budget in column J, typically labeled "Approved CO".
